Description: Vintage LW Fairchild & Co Ornate Mechanical Sterling Silver Chatelaine Pencil. The lead in this pencil is thick and writes kind of waxy. Twist to extend the lead out but you need to push lead back down to retract. It does not have the O ring on the end. I'm unsure if this is the correct lead for this pencil. I am selling it as I found it. I wondered if it was eyeliner? Very dainty looking with heavy repousse pattern. Hallmarked sterling with the Fairchild makers mark.
