Description: Vintage Moon and Star amberina or flame banana bowl. Moon and Star was one of L.E. Smith's most popular patterns and was considered part of the Heritage line. Based on the label on this piece, this was probably produced during the 1960s. This Moon and Star banana bowl measures 4 3/4 inches high and 9 inches long by 5 1/4 inches wide. Beautiful amberina with a blend of yellow and red that Smith called flame. The bowl is heavy with no cracks, chips or scratches.
