Description: Here's a vintage very large Chef's SPATULA or FLIPPER. It measures 19" long with the finely forged carbon steel blade being 12.5". Very flexible blade with distal taper and excellent spring action for use on a grill. It's unmarked but probably had a maker's etch on the blade at one time that's worn away. Blade shows some light staining and pitting in spots but is excellent and very usable today. Steel ferrule and long hardwood handle secured to the full tapering tang with 6 pins. Excellent condition.
