Description: Apparently Listerine has been around since the late 1800's and this bottle from Lambert Pharmacal Company contained this fine liquid. Originally Listerine was marketed to Medical people and it was not until the early 1900's that it was sold to the regular public. I am not an expert on bottles, but this one appears to be in great shape without any chips, cracks or marks. The clear glass bottle is about 4 1/2 inches tall and about 1 3/4 inch wide. We now know this company as Warner Lambert and they are still producing Listerine. I purchased this old bottle in the 1980's at a farm garage sale in Maine while visiting there. I did not clean the bottle, but just put it on a shelf where it has spent many years. Bottle experts say this old former cort top bottle is a 2 seamer. I think I better let the photos be the description although I think I see an N and a 9 on the bottom. Now it can go to a collector who can keep the history going longer. This item will not be sold or shipped to a buyer who is not in the USA. Unfortunately USPS Ground Advantage shipping is not cheap, but it does give the advantage of tracking to both the buyer and seller. Please check my other items as you may find something you do not need, but maybe something you want anyway! Thanks for looking and maybe even buying to make my day!
