My mannequin is a small and this skirt wrapped around it nicely to tie on the side. I am an XL and it just wrapped around me, so it would be best for S, M, or L. One of the ties inserts into a hole on the waist that is 24 inches from the beginning. Please check all measurements. When I went to hand wash the skirt, the paper fabric tag was already loose and it came off. It was attached under the name label and it will be included. The 2nd to the last photo shows a closeup of a patch with some piling. The last photo shows a section of lining hem that has come undone. This will be mailed by priority mail for $10.
