Description: Vintage Knickerbocker Topsy Turvy Doll One side of the doll is awake and happy. The other side is asleep and sad. The doll is 12" long. The awake side is wearing a blue shirt and skirt with red floral fabric bonnet, apron, and skirt trim. When you flip the skirt over, you see the other side. The asleep side is wearing a light blue skirt. The top is light blue in the center front and mostly blue and yellow polka dots on white. The bonnet is the same polka dot material. The body and hands are soft stuffed cloth like a rag doll. The faces are rubber. The doll's clothes are wrinkled. There are a few light stains such as one on the back of the awake side of the doll. There is some discoloration on the front of the shirt of the awake side. There are some loose threads. Please see photos.
