One rubber band is missing from her hair. Her eyes open and close well. I am not sure the year of manufacturing, but based on kaysam years of operation she is most likely from the 1950s/60s. There is a snag on one of her fishnet legs. The pin or staple protruding from the back and the safety pin on her shirt are both rusty .
