Measurements taken with front waist tied as is. Made of cotton in navy with floral pattern. Zips up back and has lace trim around front of waist and hem. Has pockets. Preowned with some wear. A few orange and yellow stains on bottom of skirt lace and ribbon trim. Heavy all over wash wear and pilling (fuzziness). A few snags and runs in fabric. Fraying to waist strings on front. Lots of fraying and snags/runs in the lace and ribbon trim on bottom of skirt and on waist. Fading to color from wear. Tag says dry clean only.
