Description: This listing is for a Vintage Crystal Depression Glass Round Covered Butter or Cheese Ball Dish. It was made by The Jeannette Glass Company in their WINDSOR DIAMOND pattern 1936-1946. It can be seen on pages 226 and 227 of Gene Florences’ Collector’s Encyclopedia of Depression Glass – Fourteenth Edition. The dish measures 6” across the flat rim with a 4 3/4” diameter interior. The base dish stands 1 1/4” tall with a 3 1/4” diameter raised base ring. The cover is 4 1/2” diameter and approx 2 3/4” to the top of the decorative knob handle. Both pieces are in excellent Used Condition. No chips, cracks, scratches or stains. Please see attached pictures for details. Thanks for looking.(M1-91)
