Description: This is a beautiful estate lot of Japanese Tombo glass bead necklaces - often mistakenly referred to as Venetian glass or Murano millefiori, Tombo is a similar type of art glass, but diminutive, in a distinctive Japanese style, manufactured from the post WWII Occupation era thru the 1960s. These are mid century, ranging in length from 20” to 44”. The red station necklace has faceted lucite beads that are worn, the others are all glass. The long beads on the white necklace run a bit over 1”. These are in very good vintage condition, and a must for the collector. $4 shipping (US only). Please review the photos carefully as they are part of the description. 7% sales tax will be charged on all sales within NC. I do not cancel sales due to “buyer’s remorse”, or inadequate attention to listing details. Please ask questions before purchase - BIN listings are immediate payment. PLEASE do not make unsolicited, unreasonably lowball offers - eBay fees take almost 20% out of each sale, making my margin fairly tight. For those of you working with proxy bidders and whose banks are located outside the US, I pay additional fees when selling to you, your understanding is appreciated. Thank you.
