Eileen Benson graduated F.I.T. in May of 1972. This piece depicts a interior design drawing of a New York City apartment and is hand colored with great retro blue, yellow and gold detail. Medium is pencil, ink and marker on paper. Boasts great mid century modern style and art nouveau furniture and. Very well done with clean lines and pleasing detail especially in the floor tiles. One can note the sculpture, books and flowed on the table as well as the plant on the armoir. Matted in a rigid black paper mat. Signed by the artist “Eileen Benson Lucas” on the verso.
