It looks like a horse saddle folded up with handles. I am unsure how old it is. I saw one other that said it was depression glass from Heisey, but not sure of pattern. Most likely from 1900 - 1940 Definitely has an equestrian theme and reminds me of Hermes like. But I have no idea who made this bowl. It will make a great addition to your table.
