Description: Up for auction is a vintage oil on canvas painting of a Victorian seaside scene. Probably done around the 1990's or so. Framed it measures approximately 21-1/2" x 17-1/2", the canvas size is 20" 16". The painting is signed illegibly. Very heavy impasto work, which is actually quite impressive.
