Description: Offering this great vintage oil/electric hurricane hand painted lamp shade. This shade is made of a heavy grade glass. It has hand painted flowers that appear to be black eyed Susans on two sides. The shade is eight inches across at the bottom and five inches tall. The top rim of the shade is scalloped and is 4 1/2 inches across. The shade is without chips or cracks. The hand painted flowers are intact. The color detailing above and below the flowers is more a butterscotch amber than yellow. There is a single seam that is visible on the side of the lamp shade. There are four shades available and it is present on all. It appears to be from manufacturing and is consistent with age. The price listed is for one shade only.
