Description: 12 1/2" high about 14" wide. Holds about 3 gallons. Beautiful handmade. The holes in the bottom of the men taking siestas on the sides (the handles) are meant to be there. It was done before firing the pottery so they didn't explode in the process. This is an amazing dispenser. No chips, cracks, stains, etc. Excellent condition. I put a new spigot on it because the old one was broken. It is green (not black as it appears in the photos). I don't believe this is a Talavara piece as it has no signature on the bottom. However, it could sure pass as one. Whomever made this is a true artist. This vintage Mexican pottery water crock/dispenser is a beautiful addition to any collection. Handmade and hand painted with intricate designs, it is a unique piece that is sure to catch the eye. The glaze adds a touch of shine to the finish, making it a stunning accent for any room. Hailing from Mexico, this piece represents the culture and craftsmanship of the region. Although it has been previously loved, it remains in excellent condition and would make a wonderful addition to any home. The crock/dispenser is perfect for serving water or other beverages and is sure to be a conversation starter.
