Vintage Hand Painted Porcelain Floral Table Lamp Metal Base w/ Cherubs and Roses

Description: I have had this lamp for quite some time but have never listed it. It originally came in a lot of other lamps at an estate sale. I could not find a box large enough to ship it, so it just sat around until I got serious about finding a box. It is an incredible piece. With beautiful handpainted "cherubs" and designs. In the handpainting there is a brilliant gold highlight in many places. Features a couple of roses in a prominent position that make for great display. I hope that the detail photos give a good representation of how beautiful this piece is. This is a large piece that will come with all pieces, even the finial. It will not come with a light bulb (used for testing purposes only) and I am not including the shade that was found with this piece. I felt is detracted from the beauty of this piece. The base appears to be an oil rubbed bronze color but realistically it is probably just tin/steel with coloration. Now, three disclaimers that I want to point out so that you are aware. #1 The knob control is a bit wonky. When originally testing it, it took a few tries to get that correct positioning to get the light to work. #2 even after detailing it for around an hour, I know there is still more residue and grime in the detail crevices. (It was long forgotten before I revived it and brought it home. #3 There are chips taken out of the rose petals. I did not notice them at first but upon working closely to try and clean it, sure enough, some of the petals have ends that are broken off. I just want the future owner to be well aware of the things I noticed <3 Check out the photos and if you have any questions, I will do my best to answer them.
