I am not sure of the exact kind of metal. It is hand painted on some kind of ceramic. I am not sure of the exact age, but it is vintage. It is 2.25" across the mirror. It is in overall good condition with some wear. The colors are clean and crisp. The shape is strong. This comes from a pet and smoke free environment.
