There are a total of 17 pieces – 10 black & 7 red. The wooden pieces have on one side alternating stars & comets around a world. The circular pieces measure approx. 1 1/4”. Some pieces look better than others. I don’t know the history of these. I believe I found them in with my grandparent’s things when I was cleaning out their home. If you have a set with some missing or damaged pieces, this may be the ideal item for you. If you have any questions or need additional pics, please let me know. I will do my best to accommodate you.
