Description: FTD contracted with various glass and ceramic producers to make their vases and planters. Generally these were not labeled with the producers logo. The quality of this medium pine green glass planter suggests that it was made in the USA by one of the better known companies such as Fostoria, Indiana Glass or Viking. The has six panels each with an oak leaf rising from the base. Ridges separate the panels. The panels are textured in a stippled type while the 1.5" band around the top rim is textured in a vertical texture resembling tree bark. It measures 4.75" high and 5"across. This makes a lovely planter for any room in the house. There are no chips, cracks or other defects found. FTD and 1975 are embossed on the bottom.
