Vintage Gorgeous Hand Carved Wood Chess Set with Folding Handle Wood Board Such a beautiful vintage game is worth considerably more than listed price point. Owner has passed away and requested sold to someone else able to enjoy, So we have tried to make this affordable. Unbelievable Woodworking, intricate detailing throughout. BOARD: FOLDED: H 12.5" x L 25" x D 6.5" OPEN: H 25" x L 25" LEGS: 11" Each Leg 11" slides easily into slots that are clearly marked where each one belongs. PIECES: All pieces are included, and range from smallest 2" (pawn) to largest 4.5" (King) They are Mahogany Colored and Black. I do not know what types of wood had been used, however The legs are slightly darker and match the trim around the board as well as the backgammon set on the other side. Please note: each piece has been hand carved, and therefore are not exact same. The entire set is a piece of art, and that's what makes this so amazing!
