Description: Here's an old part for an Old Large Format View Camera--- A Goerz Optical Lens mounted to a Packard Ideal TYPE Leaf Shutter, that's mounted on a 5 3/4 Square wood Board. It's an Electrically Triggered Shutter mechanism but I don't know if the electrical part works---- electricity is not my thing and I don't know how to hook it up. So I trust you will know what to do with it. I was able to trip the shutter by moving the little lever manually. That's all I really know. I expect if you're looking at it you'll know what it's for. The shutter blades moves easily and open and close like they should as far as I can tell. It shutter board measures about 4 1/4 inches on each side with the hole being about 2 inches in diameter. It has expected wear & tear but is not beat up. The lens is in Very Good condition. The glass is basically clear, but with a faint smokiness and a little spidery fungus moving in from the side. The aperture works fine--- goes from f/9 to f/90. And cosmetically it's in very nice shape, but its Not in perfect condition so don't expect it to be.
