Vintage Geo. Lefton Christmas Colonial Village House #05818 1986 W/Box

Description: We are pleased to offer for this listing one of the earlier Christmas Colonial Village houses so popular in the late 1970's and 1980's. This Colonial Christmas house was offered by the George Z. Lefton Co. in 1986 and was No. 05818. It is incised on the underside by the maker and has all the original stickers on the bottom and the hang tag on the chimney. It has a light inside that still works and gives off a cozy glow. It has the original box that shows the ravages of time in the attic, but has kept the little house pristine and fits it perfectly so we will pack in it. It does have the original price sticker on the box. There is no noted damage. Please enjoy the photos for the best look. Measurements are: 7 ½” w. x 5” d. 6 ¼” tall.Be sure to view all the photos.
