Description: Vintage Old School Gary Fisher Mountain Tam Hard-Tail Mountain Bicycle Frame Vintage Gary Fisher MT. Tam Mountain bike Frame a piece of Old School Mountain Bike History. Good Looking Classic I suspect its from early 1990s. Frame measures approximately 17.5" crank center to top tube center or 19" from crank center to seat mast top. The top tube is 56.5cm and the head tube is 126mm tall. The Rear Spacing is 135mm. Frame is stamped 4700 17.5 B1 122. I suspect this is a Official 17.5" model and probably considered a Medium Frame. Frame is Lightweight Aluminum, it is used, has dents, big one top tube smaller one other side, may have other dents, seems cosmetic doubt it would effect performance, shows wear, has scratches, all wear to be expected on a used mountain bike, could use a cleaning & Detail. Frame has some sort of Doohickey looks to be an early Chain Guide. It's a Sexy Looking Frame looking for a new home. The Serial number 18936xx, it is dot matrix which leads me to believe this may be an early Trek made Gary Fisher. Do your Homework as that is just a speculation. Need other Frames?
