Description: I bought this reel w S & H Greenstamps here in Raleigh @ 60 years ago. I used it to fish in a few local freshwater ponds. Never used in saltwater. As far as I can tell this reel is mechanically sound as it was when last used. It worked flawlessly at that time. But no promises.
