Wonderful Blue and Gold Highlight Flambe Glazes. The Crystalline portions of the glaze were extremely desirable and only a few potters of that era could achieve them.Great size for Dresser or Alcove display -these did come in various sizes- This is the SMALLER one. This is an early piece (1922-1928) by the Fulper Pottery of Flemington, New Jersey, produced in what many consider Fulper's finest years.No cracks, chips or repairs, sparkling clean inside and out. Very light (if any) crazing. Very little sign of usage. Typical factory manufacturing artifacts, a few glaze skips on the base ring and on the bottom inside (one on an extra bit of clay all covered with the final clear glaze - please see last photos).Signed with the 1922-1928 "Racetrack" marking with stylized "oriental" letters on the bottom.
