Petite Junior originals by Ruby Martin. So I assume it is a junior coat. Unfortunately, the size is not on the tag. It is a small coat. Definitely would be a size extra small in women’s. And probably a larger size for juniors. Pitt to Pitt across chest when buttoned measures 18 inches top of the shoulder seam to seam measures 15 inches Sleeves measure 22 inches from top shoulder seam to cuff Full length coat measures 48 inches from top shoulder seam to bottom hem If more information is needed or more measurements.
