Description: Vintage VTG 60’s 70’s Brand - Puritan Forever Young Various style item - mini dress? Button down thicker blouse? Short pea coat? Blazer? I wore it once 30 years ago as an open button down shirt over a tank top. No size on label, see all photos for very specific measurements. If you would like more measurements, please ask. (Assuming by the looks and measurements and by today’s standards it appears to be a petite medium. ) Fabric is unknown - i put it as cotton blend, but i can’t say for certain. It’s a rougher fabric than polyester, but stretchy as well. There are imperfections marks or stains throughout the exterior. Have not tried to wash it, as i don’t have the experience in doing so. 2 buttons are missing. One owner since the 90’s and kept in smoke free closet - only being worn once.
