Description: Really nice map. Copyright of 1952 W.A. Fisher Company. Not sure if this was actually made in 1953, Map shows the lakes of the Superior National Forest and Quetico Provincial Park adjacent to Ely, Minnesota. What makes this map more interesting is that there is a key to the hotels and motels, canoe outfitters, and resorts in the area at that time. Would look great in a cabin or resort. In natural wood frame with glass. Total size approx 24" x 19" including frame. Frame has a few scuffs and dings. Nothing major. In the bottom right corner, there is some clear glue or something on the frame. I think it is on the frame and not the map itself. If the glue bothers you, I think it could be gently scrapped off with a razor blade.
