This neat case is a bit of a mystery but looks to me like it may have been made for a vintage Fender Electric Mandolin along with some accessories, but I’m really not sure. The case is in nice, solid condition, although the front or top section of the logo is missing (see photos). The interior dimensions are 34" x 11 3/4". The center area is 19 1/2" long and each smaller side area is 7" long. The neck pocket is about 1" wide. Please see my photos to have a look at this nice item.
