Description: Early Vintage F.B. Fratelli Brivio High Flange 40h Road Bike Rear Flip \ Flop Hub Fixed Gear & Freewheel Used Vintage F.B. " Fratelli Brivio 40 hole rear British Bike High Flange Flip Flop Fixed Gear & Freewheel Road Bike Hub. F.B. aka Fratelli Brivio that is translated to Brivio Brothers made their own hubs and also made hubs for and with other company logos like: Campagnolo, Legnano, Bianchi, Simplex, and others etc.... These FB High Flange hubs were used on early Road Bike & Path Racers from the 1940s to late 1950s. A 40 hole rear is typical wheel set up of Early English / British Road Bikes & Path Racers. Hub is used, shows wear, has scratches, nicks, spoke indentions, barrel has rust and chrome loss, Hub spins smooth, looks to be a new axle, 40 spoke hole rear, Fixed gear one side, freewheel the other side.
