Description: Here’s a nicely crafted and beautifully detailed GBD Garland II Billiard. About 6” long, bowl is 1 7/8” tall, 1 3/8” wide. ID 13/16”, depth 1 5/8”. Marked on one side of shank GBD in oval then GARLAND II, other side MADE IN LONDON in circular fashion over ENGLAND/ 133. No other marks detected. Bit is well-seated push fit with a 1/4” wide brass band, no filter, cleaned and polished, showing a hint of chatter. Stummel is rich milk chocolate colored, flame grain, some handling wear, clean rim some darkening and inside front edge wear, cake in bowl. Classic shape! Old briar is the best briar!
