Description: This is a vintage sterling puffy heart charm that says "Forget Me Not" on the front. It was enameled in blue. The heart is split, but there are no dents or dings. The charm is marked sterling on the back, and has a great patina. It measures 3/4 of an inch high and just under 5/8 of an inch at its widest and weighs 1.4 grams.
