Description: Vintage Eiderdown Hooded Coat for Patsy, or other slim body 14" or 15" doll. I believe this coat may be Effanbee but is untagged. Good condition with no holes or tears, just light spots on red velveteen part on front of hood, please see last photo. The red buttons [coat closes with snaps] are red but trim on hood is slightly faded. Shown on my 15" cloth body Patsy [not included] doll which is slightly broader across chest than the composition body Patsy therefore appears a touch snug.
