Description: 1931 vintage E.C. Simmons Co. "Keen Kutter" 8 inch scissors. The original black paint on the handles is about 98 percent worn away, as is most of the original (tin?) plating. The screw and nut have been replaced with similar style as the original but not identical (the replacement nut is slightly taller than the original). This pair of scissors cuts well.
