Description: This is a cool vintage parking meter. The mech. takes a coin and the clock part is working, but the flag doesn't pop up. Other than that I am not sure if it's fully functional and it's being sold as is. Overall this would be a great restoration candidate. This meter has no keys and is missing its lock in the back.
