The cover corners show moderate bumping/damage. In general, the covers show wear consistent with their age, including library stickers and some scuffing to edges. The internal pages are clean and free from writing or damage (1 exception: small tear, page 1, Zoo), with no loose pages. The bindings remain intact and very strong! Despite the corner bumping, these books still have many years left in them!The first leaf page has been removed (clean slices) in all 3 books, most likely to remove school identification information, as these are ex-school library copies. Condition Notes (individual): 1.) If I Ran the Zoo (1977) Out-of-print (OOP) & Banned: The cover shows corner bumping and scuffing along the edges. The interior pages are clean, and the binding is in good condition with no damage. The title page and pages 1-2 show some light wrinkles (not water damage!). Pages 1-2 also contains a small bottom tear, as shown in photos. The rest of the pages are free of damage. The entire book is free of markings, except a single Library Discard stamp on inside cover. Other than the corner bumps and single page tear, this copy is clean and in solidly good condition for its age and popularity. 2.) Thidwick the Big-Hearted Moose (1975): This book has mild scuffing along the edges and library markings on the cover. The binding is secure, and the pages are clean, without any writing or tears. Pages are clean and free of any markings or damage. This one is in great shape outside of the corner bumps! Overall, a clean copy in good condition! 3.) If I Ran the Circus (1984): There is more noticeable wear along the cover edges and corners, with a small area of peeling near the spine. The binding is strong, and the pages are in good condition without any damage. This book has the most moderate corner damage and overall cover wear of the 3. Pages are clean and free of any markings or damage.Overall, this one has some moderate cover issues but the pages are in great condition!
