Weathered, heel of left foot chipped, tip and heel of right shoe chipped, top rear of right ear chip. Strings need to be replaced to work. No controller. Clothes are dirty. Hard surfaces dirty or aged? Tag which would have identified it as a Madame Alexander NY puppet was cut off. Other than that, a nice, imperfect collector's piece.
