This jacket does have a distressed look with holes. However, there is some damage to the left sleeve area and the right inside pocket area, shown in the pictures. It is not real visible. The damage by the inside pockets looks to be burned holes from cigarettes from that era. Does not smell like cigarettes any longer. Nice work jacket, it is an XL long, almost 2xl. Measures about 29" pit to pit 30" TOS. Thank you
