These began production in the 1990’s & eventually stopped in 1998 due to the lack of permission to use Dali’s work. It’s based on his painting “The Disintegration of the Persistence of Memory” a stunning, super unique piece. The watch is powered by a quartz movement and is running fine! It’s in exceptional condition bar some microscopic cracks in the crystal. More details below; I love the dials on these watches and especially the indexes. It’s such a unique design and is definitely a conversation starter. Due to how the indexes are it can be slightly tricky to tell the time perfectly as some of the indexes are quite close but it’s just how it’s designed! The case is gold plated with a matching crown, it’s in an almost melting style which is very cool. It’s a great size for men or women! Condition wise there’s some light scratches but the plating looks excellent! You’d expect some light scratches on any pre owned vintage watch. It has its original crown which works perfectly absolutely fine. It’s still sat on its original buckle which will fit a wrist of 7 3/4 inches or smaller. It suits the watch well & the buckle have the melting style which can be seen throughout the watch. There’s some general wear but still has plenty of life left in it. The is watch is a battery powered watch which means it runs from a battery, no need to reset the time each time the watch is worn. This comes just with the watch, there’s no box or paperwork.
