Description: This is an actual vintage and Made In the USA part. It is an original knob, not a reproduction. This is an original vintage raised top "barrel" switch tip made and patented by Daka-Ware. The Dakaware marking is on the bottom along with "Chicago" and a patent number. This vintage knob will fit the 3/16" USA-made selector switches, not 3.5mm switches. I don't think Daka-Ware made any metric switches. NOTE! When buying Daka-Ware switch tips for a guitar, make sure the knob was tested on an actual guitar switch. Many knobs have a very loose fit and will fall off guitar switches. I try every switch tip on an actual vintage strat or tele switch and reject most of them because they are too loose. The switch tips I list for use on guitars fit snug. I cleaned and inspected the knob closely. The bottom of the knob can be a little uneven. Because of its age, this knob may have some minor scuffs and marks. The picture is not the actual switch tip but is representative of the one you will get. These tips are clean and fit snug on the switch. You will get a grade A vintage switch tip. Please let me know if you have any questions.
