Description: Vintage Curtain Panels JC Penney Flowers Floral. This is a set of two ruffled panels that each measure about 63 inches by 45 inches. They were originally sold at the JC Penney Department Store and are the type to slide onto a curtain rod. They have no rips or tears. They do have a few very very light colored stains. However, they are very sun faded in the areas that have been exposed to the light. Please see the pictures for the full description.
