VINTAGE CRYSTAL ACID ETCHED LEAVES ON 7 3/8 INCH ICE BUCKET IN PERFECT CONDITION

Auction is for an ORIGINAL VINTAGE CRYSTAL ACID ETCHED LEAVES ON A 7 3/8 INCH ICE BUCKET IN PERFECT CONDITION. I do not know who or where or when this beautiful ice bucket was made, but it looks like a mid-century foliate design. The crystal ice bucket measures 7 3/8 Inches high, and its shape is tapered, measuring 5 inches across on its round base, to 7 1/4 Inches wide across its top opening, and weighs about 2 1/2 pounds. It has a gorgeous ring when gently tapped on its side. There are 2 identically matched designs of 4 beautiful sprigs of leaves and stems on opposite sides between the 2 hand-shaped handles, as seen in the photographs. The ice bucket is in excellent condition, with no scratches on its bottom where they would be found expected. It is a truly beautiful and elegant design, with hand attached handles to each side, as can be seen in the photographs. It was purchased from an old estate sale on Long Island. I found it sitting on a shelf in the library, where it seemed to have sat there for many years and was hardly used, because there are no scratches, especially on its bottom, where scratches would normally be found. I have been collecting unusual vintage objects for many years, and always try to describe the items as best as I can. I don't see any scratches, chips, fleabites, cracks, stains, cloudiness, or repairs. It comes from a smoke-free home. I only accept PayPal, and never charge extra for packaging and handling.
