Description: This Craftsman 43796 3/8" drive thumbwheel ratchet is in excellent condition.Length is 8". Many of these are listed as being USA-made, but there is no "made in USA" stamp, so it's possibly fromTaiwan. There are a few minor scuffs but the chrome plating is intact and shiny.The ratchet mechanism was completely dismantled, checked for wear and damage (none), cleaned and re-lubricated. It works as it should.
