Description: For sale is an antique primitive handmade copper pitcher or jug. It is tongue and groove or dovetail construction with a riveted attached handle. The jug is 14" tall at the rim and 6" across at the widest point of the body of the jug. It is 8 1/2" from the spout to the back of the handle. It weighs 2 pounds 12 ounces unpacked. The condition is very good with minor dents. It has a rolled lip and there is a break in the lip (see last photo). It has three joined sections. There is an attached ring at the rim that may be used for hanging the pitcher. There is a bit of oxidation. It is not marked or signed. Thank you for looking.
