Description: This is a vintage Columbia Dentoforms denture model in "Ivorine Aluminal Rubber Stone Plaster", according to the box. The bottom of the model is filled in with some sort of plaster material and the top is partially filled. The model is missing two teeth. The box has soil and wear, as shown in the photos. My brother attended UOP dental school in San Francisco during the 1970's and this belonged to him.
