It is about 23 inches long (2 pieces). The Santa portion is a true blow mold, soft plastic. The reindeer are hard plastic. It is excellent overall, with some light scuffs and scratches, some missing spots of paint and some stray flecks of factory paint. The electrical cord has some soiling. Light is tested and working. Nice example.
