This appears to be a charcoal rendering of one of Frank Bennett Fiskes' photographs for Lakota leader, Rain-in-the-Face. We are not sure who the original artist was. It is only signed By F.B. Fiske but to our knowledge, he never did charcoal renderings. If anyone has anything they can add it would be greatly appreciated! Condition: The frame is heavily chipped and there is water damage to the bottom of the paper, see pics. It measures approximately 22.5 x 16.75 including the frame.
