Description: Vintage Ceramic HUMPTY DUMPTY Sat On The Wall PLANTER BOX, Napco 4298 Click images to enlarge Description VINTAGE HUMPTY DUMPTY PLANTER BOX Adorable vintage hand painted ceramic planter or trinket box measuring 5-1/4" tall, 5-1/4" wide and 3-1/2" deep. Featuring Humpty Dumpty sitting on a wall, he relaxes with legs crossed and a humorous look on his face - love those tiny little features! Box is decorated with trailing ivy and incised to mimic stone -- ivory design continues around the box back. This was either designed as a planter or possibly to hold file cards or similar desk, trinkets or even kitchen recipe cards. Bearing the NAPCO Made in Taiwan foil label as well as being incised NAPCO 4298, condition is lovely with no tanning, cracks, discoloration, paint loss or damage -- only thing I can find is a tiny flake off the top edge on the back corner of the box - does not show or detract from the front.
