Description: I believe this to be more of a painted plaster material, but others are calling it ceramic. There are some chips. Someone attempted a touch-up job on some of them but didn't do very well. There are some scuff marks on the plastic clock face cover. Felt is missing from base. It has been tested, and it does work.
