Description: Wood Hand Carved Carousel Horses. Which came from a Mexican Carousel hand carved by Luis Ortega. Overall condition is excellent vintage except for a cracked tail and as pictured . As some one else posted "Typically carvers did not sign their names, so Luis Ortega cannot be 100% verified. All research indicates that this is his work " . However I purchased this Giraffe and two horses in the 80's which came with pictures of the carousel which it came from in Mexico , unfortunately I misplaced the pictures and have been hoping I would locate them -Of course if I find them they will be sent to the new owner . AT this time it was attributed to Luis Ortega in Puebla, Mexico Approx. 34 1/2" x 23" x 9" . Pick-Up is available in Chalfont,Pa and Shipping costs will be refunded through ebay or I can also deliver 200 mile radius at $1 per mile plus tolls .
